Shipping policy
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Although most orders are shipped within 24 hours, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
You will receive an email once your items have shipped.
We ship to Australia wide & internationally (destinations visible at checkout) bia Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If your package is missing, (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) please contact us and/or the carrier to file a claim, then please notify us with your claim information. We will do our best to accommodate you and your order.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.
